St John General Practice, Dental and Urgent Care is very easy to access and located next to Armadale library within Armadale Shopping Centre. The Centre also provides for 'parents with prams' bays next to the undercover carpark travelators, and disabled bays nearest the two lifts into the Centre.

Service Fees
St John General Practice Armadale a mixed billing practice.
All patients, including concession card holders, will be privately billed from 5pm on weekdays, and all day Saturday, Sunday and public holidays.
GP appointments will be bulk-billed for Pension, Health Care, Disability and Repat Card Holders and children under the age of 16 between the hours of 8am-5pm Monday to Friday.
All other patients including those who do not have a Medicare card will be charged a private fee.
Failure to turn up for a booked appointment without cancelling at least 1 hour before will incur a fee of $20.
As of 1st December 2023, the out-of-pocket fees will increase for Urgent Care consultations on weekends and public holidays. Click here for more information.
St John Dental Armadale is a privately billed service.

Parking facilities
Free undercover and disabled parking available within Armadale Central Shopping Centre. The centre is accessible from four roads; Orchard Ave, Neerigen Street, Streich Ave and Third Ave.
Public Transport
TRAIN: Armadale Central Shopping Centre is serviced by the Armadale Train line – visit www.transperth.wa.gov.au or call 13 62 13. Armadale Central is just a three minute walk from the Armadale Train Station.
BUS: The bus interchange is located on Commerce Avenue, Armadale and is a 3 minute walk to the centre.
